Return & Refund Policy – Lamonte Decor

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
  • Products must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items marked as ‘Final Sale’, custom-made, or commissioned are not eligible for return.
  • Items purchased under any promotional offer or discount scheme are not eligible for exchange.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, incorrect, or broken.
  • For any claims of damage, incorrect, or defective items, customers must provide a video recording of the package being opened.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If an order is canceled after shipment, vendor-specific return policies will apply.

Fragile Items

  • For fragile items, if damage occurs during return transit, the customer will not be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Process

  • Once returned items are received and inspected, customers will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 working days, minus applicable shipping and handling charges (including return shipping).
  • Cash refunds are not offered.
  • If refund is provided via Credit Note, it will be valid for 6 months, redeemable once, and must be used in full toward a purchase of equal or higher value.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed or processed.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped or after 24 hours from the time of placement.

Import Duties, Taxes & Fees (For International Orders)

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility and determined by the destination country’s regulations.
  • If an international order is refused or returned due to import fees (such as for orders in Germany, UK, or Canada), refunds will not be issued.

Modification of Policy

  • Lamonte Decor reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
  • Management’s decision will be considered final in all matters related to returns, exchanges, and refunds.

We take pride in offering handcrafted, made-to-order marble products. Due to the bespoke nature of our items and the craftsmanship involved, we do not offer product exchanges under any circumstances.
